Pueblo Fire Station 10

Station #10

Fire station #10 protects the Pueblo Industrial Park and Memorial Airport, both for aircraft emergencies and normal "structural" duties. It is home to Truck #42, Truck #43 (both specialized aircraft firefighting trucks), engine #10, and reserve engine #17. It is manned by a Captain and 2 Engineers (drivers).

Foam 42

Foam 42 is a 1975 FireX airport rescue and fire fighting (ARFF) vehicle. It carries 500 gallons of water, 50 gallons of foam, 300 pounds of dry powder extinguishing agent, and an array of ladders, tools and medical equipment. Its pump can pump 250 gallons-per-minute.

 

 

Pueblo Foam 1

Foam 43

Foam 43 is a 1992 Emergency One Titan 6 wheel drive ARFF truck. It carries 3,000 gallons of water, 400 gallons of foam and can pump 1,800 gallons-per-minute. It also carries an array of ladders, medical equipment and tools, including the Jaws-of-Life.

 

Pueblo Engine 10

Engine #10

Engine 10 is 1980 FMC pumper on a Ford chassis. It carries 500 gallons of water and can pump 1,000 gallons-per-minute. It carries ladders, hand tools and medical equipment, and answers calls to the various structures in and around the Pueblo airport.
